Player Complaint

1] Name of Player: Veral Valencia

2] Reason for Complaint:
There are multiple so i will just list them:
Can fly (Haven't managed to get any screenshots of that but if I do i'll update this thread),
Can teleport to any player without being in their group,
Can spawn or destroy any amount of objects at will (Without matter manipulator of course),
Is quoted as saying "I do have more power than admins" (Whether that be a complaint or not IDK but if its true, that's worrying to me)

Nothing as of yet. I wanted to speak to the player before doing anything rash but they haven't been online recently so I haven't been able to catch them. Am monitoring the server for their next connection.
